Crucial Loan Officer Criteria

Besides finding a home that is suitable for you within your price range, competing with other buyers to get the offer accepted to open escrow…the last thing we need is problems with obtaining a loan.

Today’s loan criteria has became more difficult to qualify and as a result, it is crutial to obtain a good pre-qualification from an experienced loan officer.  Just about anyone could get a loan for a home prior to 2007.  However, now that there are less lenders and more required documentations, it is crutial to work with a loan officer who is experienced to assist you in preparing you for a loan.

Through out the years in the real estate profession, I have encountered many loan officers.  Many of the loan officers who are chosen by the buyers themselves does not close the transaction on time, delay in responds and towards the end, could not secure a loan for the bueyrs.  As a result, I have been asked my many clients to recommend loan officers that we can count on.

Since everyone has different requirements and situations, I would strongly recommend to call me first.  From the information provided to me, I would be able to recommend a loan officer most suitable to your needs.
